Why Start With Private Lessons?
This is the best way to get exactly what your body needs and to progress in Pilates. Each session is designed specifically to meet your individual needs and goals. If you are new to Pilates and planning on entering Group Classes we strongly recommend starting with Private Lessons. With a better understanding of Pilates from your Private Lessons you will get more out of your Group Class.
Why 10 sessions?
Joseph Pilates said, "In 10 sessions you feel better, 20 sessions you look better, 30 sessions you have a completely new body.” We want to make sure you feel the difference when you have added Pilates to your life! We recommend coming 2-3 times a week when you first get started to keep the work in your body and muscle memory.
