If you are new to Pilates we recommend starting with Private lessons. This will give you the best understanding of Pilates because the class will be catered just to you and what your body needs. You will stretch where you need to be stretched and strengthen where you need to be strengthened.
Once you are familiar with Pilates you could continue with Private lessons or we could help pair you up with another person or small group who share similar skill level and Pilates knowledge. We can't guarantee we will have someone to pair you up with but we will try our best!
